From hereon, "bulk order buyers", "buyers", and "customers" will be referred to "Partners".

A. Commercial Terms:

1. Active After Coffee offers discretionary discounts for orders that fall under our Partnerships Program. These discount offers are determined based on factors such as order size, product selection, location, seasonality, and additional relevant considerations.
2. Please note that the availability of requested styles and units cannot be guaranteed.
3. Orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment. Ownership of products transfers to the Partner upon delivery.

B. Usage Terms:

1. Partners are required to disclose the intended use of the products they order in writing.
2. Active After Coffee reserves the right to accept or reject requests based on the proposed use.
3. Partners are only permitted to use the products in accordance with their stated intended use and are prohibited from copying or using the products for commercial purposes, resale, external supply beyond their organization, or donation.
4. Partners must disclose any plans for customizing the products, and Active After Coffee reserves the right to accept or reject such requests, subject to final approvals for customization or designs.
5. Active After Coffee retains all current and future intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, registered and unregistered trademarks, design rights, unregistered designs, database rights, and all other intellectual property rights related to the products.

C. Shipping and Duties:

1. Partners are responsible for shipping and duty costs associated with their orders, if applicable.
2. Please be aware that shipping times may be affected by changing and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Active After Coffee shall not be liable for delays related to delivery.

D. Returns Policy:

1. Bulk orders at Active After Coffee are considered final sale, except in cases where the product is faulty.
2. In the event of a faulty product, standard statutory rules apply, and Active After Coffee will offer a refund or exchange, unless the product has been customized.
