U.S. Orders

  • Express shipping via UPS 2-Day Air available: orders are delivered via UPS within 1-2 business days.

Sales Tax

International Orders

Multiple shipping options to choose from as per your preference available at checkout for many countries. We ship all international orders via DHL.

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders over $200 USD worldwide.

We ship all international orders delivered duty paid (DDP), meaning all applicable customs duty, import tax, and other fees, are paid at checkout, and we guarantee that you will not be charged any additional delivery, import, or customs taxes when your package is delivered.

Pre-Orders

Active After Coffee collects payment for all items purchased on pre-order at the time the order is placed.

Order & Shipping Information

General notes applicable to all shipping & orders

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. If you have any questions, we are always here to help. We can be reached at store@activeaftercoffee.com.

All orders placed after 2:00 pm (EST) may be processed the following business day.

Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons.

We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.

Failed Delivery/ Returned to Sender/ Abandoned Packages

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to Active After Coffee at the customer’s expense. 

For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to Active After Coffee at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.

Damaged/Opened Box

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before opening the package or checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at store@activeaftercoffee.com as we will gladly support you to resolve the issue in the best way possible.

Package Protection Program

At checkout, our customers have the chance to opt-in our Package Protection Program (Ts & Cs apply).

This is a value-added service that ensures a seamless and worry-free journey for your order from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Comprehensive Coverage:
We assume full responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders during transit.

Extended Return Window:
Your order return window is extended to 30 days, instead of 15 days, for both exchanges and refunds. (Subject to product availability. Return policy applies).

Swift Issue Resolution:
Instant resolution of any shipping or return issues within 24 hours ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience.
